When you come in for a consultation, we as a team, including our doctors understand how nerve racking this may be for you. We understand that when you walk into an unfamiliar setting you become potentially vulnerable, added to this is the pressure of talking about quite personal things to a complete stranger.
What sets us apart from others is that we deliver on our patient promise. Also, our doctors are very courteous, aware of your possible nervousness and take this into account during every consultation and treatment. We do not just put your needs first, we make sure you, as a whole person, are the centre of all our concerns. Therefore, you will only be offered treatments that will achieve the very best results possible for you.
Your consultation will be with one of our expert doctors, which takes place in a private and safe environment; there will always be a female assistant present in your consultation, this is our usual policy. We will ensure that you feel at ease from the moment you enter our clinic, and this will continue when you meet any of our staff, particularly our specialist doctors. During the consultation the doctor you have chosen will take a close look at your areas of concern and go through a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. This will include how many sessions of treatment you may need, as well as costs and any future maintenance and follow ups.
Our doctors know that there are deeper areas that affect the face other than just the surface of your skin. During all consultations you will be offered a complimentary Observ Skin Analysis via our Observ Face Scan Machine to help uncover a variety of skin issues and conditions, including:
- Skin Texture: loss of structural integrity, inflammations, resilience and the ageing process or areas of deficit.
- Skin Coloration: pigmentation disorders, dark or lighter patches and any vascular problems.
- Skin Secretions: Essential Fatty Acid Deficiency (EFAD), impaired skin resistance and acne.
What to expect:
- Half an hour complimentary consultation with our expert doctors in clinic. This is the ideal situation to discuss your needs and aspirations. If attending our clinics is difficult e.g. distance is a problem, then the initial general assessment may be possible via Skype or FaceTime. However, there must be a face to face consultation before any treatment takes place.
- 15-minute Skin Analysis
- Bespoke written treatment plan received on the same day as your face to face consultation.

From the moment I met Dr Max, he put me at complete and utter ease.
